All prices, ranges, per square foot and per linear foot figures on this website, including those on the homepage and pricing page, are planning estimates drawn from completed projects. They are not quotes and not offers. Actual pricing depends on species, solid versus veneer construction, detail level, finish, ceiling height, site conditions and current material costs. Only a written proposal establishes a price.

3. Lumber Market Pricing

Hardwood, veneer and sheet good pricing moves with the lumber market, freight costs, mill availability and import conditions, sometimes significantly and with little notice. Figures on this site may be out of date at any given moment. Always confirm current pricing before planning a budget.

4. Color And Material Representation

The wood swatches, gradients and color panels shown throughout this site are representative design illustrations. They are not accurate color samples and should never be used to select a species or finish. Screens vary widely in calibration and wood varies board to board. We bring physical samples to every consultation, and you are welcome to view finished work at our shop.

5. Natural Variation

Wood is a natural material. Grain, figure, color, knots, mineral streaking and character marks vary between boards, and many species change color measurably with age and light. These are characteristics of the material, not defects, and no two installations will be identical.

6. Lead Times

Stated lead times are typical durations measured from approved drawings and deposit receipt, not from first contact, and are estimates rather than commitments. Material availability, mill delays, finish cure times, site readiness and weather all affect real duration.

7. Acoustic Performance

References to acoustic walls describe the use of sound absorbing backing materials. Actual acoustic performance depends on room volume, other surfaces, furnishings and the specific product used. We do not guarantee any specific noise reduction coefficient or decibel reduction unless a rated product and performance figure is expressly stated in your written proposal.

Project descriptions and locations illustrate the type of work we perform. They may be representative examples and do not promise identical results, materials, cost or schedule on another property.

9. Scope And Other Trades

Unless stated in your proposal, our work does not include electrical, lighting installation, structural modification, drywall beyond minor patching, wall painting or permitting. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform licensed contracting work we do not hold a license for.
